Besides, processes and strategies within the organization cannot be initiated without the existence of these funding services. As such, it is essential to keep note that funding is the primary propellant in this organization (Gershoni, 2020). Through funding, there are improved healthcare services to the children. Also, the mortality rate of children reduces when healthcare is improved. Substantially, they play an essential role in offering financial aid to those who are underprivileged. Through this, UNICEF has ensured that they do not discriminate against any child, irrespective of the community they come from. Besides, funding provides that there is an equal distribution of nutrition services. As such, issues of malnutrition have been curbed to a great length. As a nurse, my central role in working with UNICEF is to ensure that the problems relating to nutrition are controlled ("Health management," 2020). At some point, it includes giving educational and training services on good eating habits. Enacting policies and guidelines play a significant role in influencing the organization's decision when handling issues related to sickness and poverty. Due to the intensity of the different work processes they engage in, the organization works towards providing social protection (Gershoni, 2020). Also, the policies enacted are vital in protecting the organization against issues relating to environmental protection. In the case of natural disasters, these policies provide an amicable way of salvaging everyone without discrimination. Also, the guidelines put in place by UNICEF are applicable in all the countries it is in operation ("UNICEF," 2020)
